Highly recommend Matt if you are looking to retrofit your house. His work is of the highest quality, he tailors his services to your needs, his fees are competitive, and he was excellent to work with. As a quick background, I work as an architect, so I’m familiar with building trades and permitting in Seattle, and Matt has got this thing figured out.
If your house is on a CMU foundation, especially, Matt is your guy. There’s a good way and a bad way of retrofitting CMU foundation walls, and Evergreen Seismic is one of the only shops in town with the capability to do it the right way. Matt takes the time to understand your needs, and can customize his approach to save you money and hassle whenever possible. Very happy with the quality of his work, I don’t think you could do any better than to go with Evergreen Seismic for your retrofit.
